Summer Rec Program

The Summer Rec program is organized by the Fosston Civic Center. Recreation and swimming activities are run Monday through Thursday and include baseball, softball, swimming, and numerous weekly activities such as croquet, badminton, floor hockey, basketball, soccer, volleyball, horse shoes, bocce ball and an occasional field trip to different points of interest.  The program also features a spectacular arts program throughout the summer with many different projects and activities.   The City also employs 11 swim instructors and 7 recreation coaches during the summer months.

The Hot Dog Bash and Watermelon night are yearly Summer Rec events that always promise fun and allow the entire family to get involved for an evening of fun. Whether it is an activity at the pool or softball complex there is seating and concessions available and parents are always welcome to watch.
