Aspen Addition

The Aspen Addition is located on Eaton Avenue North in Fosston on a newly constructed city street surrounded by beautiful mature oak trees. Waterfront lots are still available. City services available in this housing addition include electric, natural gas, water, sewer, and cable TV. Green space has been reserved for a future city park as well as right of way for an extension of Fosston Inspiration Trail (FIT) into the housing addition.
