Rehab a Vacant Home
Incentive: $2,500 rehab grant (reimbursed after project completion)
Home must have been vacant for at least 12 months, need significant repairs, and be within city limits to qualify.

The Aspen Addition is located on Eaton Avenue North in Fosston on a newly constructed city street surrounded by beautiful mature oak trees.
City services available in this housing addition include electric, natural gas, water, sewer, and cable TV. Green space has been reserved for a future city park, as well as right-of-way for an extension of the Fosston Inspiration Trail (FIT) into the housing addition.
The large lots on the edge of town offer the country-living feel with the convenience of city living—taking advantage of the available city services and amenities.

Fairlawn Park offers privately owned residential lots on Fosston’s south edge, giving homeowners a quiet neighborhood setting with the convenience of city living.
Lots are privately developed and are not eligible for City housing lot rebate incentive.
