Parks, Recreation & Aquatics Staff
The City of Fosston’s Parks, Recreation & Aquatics team oversees the Civic Center, indoor pool, gymnasium, youth recreation programs, and community events throughout the year.
Karen Graham
Karen oversees operations at the Fosston Civic Center, including the indoor swimming pool, aquatics programming, lifeguard staff, and youth recreation activities. She also coordinates schedules, special events, and seasonal recreation programs.

Jobi Bathke
Jobi supports daily operations at the Civic Center and pool, staffing open gym and open swim, and assisting with youth recreation programs and special events. He also maintains the outdoor recreation areas—including the ice rink and softball complex—working to keep them safe, well-maintained, and ready for families to enjoy.
